Welcome to Homechoice, Broxtowe Borough Council uses Homechoice to help to allocate social housing properties within the Borough.

Homechoice is used by both the Council and local Registered Providers to allocate their properties, therefore properties will include Council owned properties and Housing Association.

We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week.

Please register to be part of the Homechoice scheme and if you are eligible you will be allocated a band that is based on your circumstances. Once you are registered and have been given your band, you will be able to bid for properties on a weekly basis that are available for you to bid on.

The cycle starts on Thursday and ends at midnight on Tuesday and if successful you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer. The scheme does not work on a first come first basis and your position in the shortlist may change throughout the bidding cycle.
